Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, NSW
We are a retired active couple with family in London (UK) and Sydney (Aust). We are particularly interested in house-swaps near our family. We have completed 5 house swaps (we are also on another site). In 2026 we would like to exchange with someone in Sydney during September - December. We are also looking for an exchange in or near London for 6 months (or part thereof).

The spacious unit is in a secure complex; on an island within the Terranora Inlet and the Tweed River system.
A fully screened under cover outdoor area metres from the water surrounded by palm trees, overlooking a sandy beach, provides an idyllic setting for meals or relaxing.
Two bedrooms each with queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
There are no steps and the house is fully established for mobility limited guests.

We stayed at David and Kerry’s home in Tweed Heads for 3 weeks in June 2023. We were blessed with fabulous weather and, with so many things to see close by, we had a brilliant time. There is a flat path along the Tweed River to the beach which we walked or jogged each day, seeing dolphins in the river and world class surfing at Rainbow Bay. Their patio offers a picturesque view of the water and palm trees and was a great spot for meals. David and Kerry were easy to communicate with, and our home was clean and tidy on our return. We would highly recommend a house swap with David and Kerry.
