We are a retired couple, ( M 69, F 62). Married only 12 months but have had a previous friendship 44 yrs ago when we were ceramics students. We have had separate families and now have a total of 8 children and 16 grandchildren. We are now in the position to travel more. We both enjoy the arts, cooking and travelling .

Single story, no steps. Brick and iron roof.
2 car shade sail shelter. Double garage is a workshop. 2 living areas each with a bathroom. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. House has an covered outdoor entertainment area with blinds and BBQ, large table and seating for 8.
Raised garden beds.
House is wheelchair friendly

There are many beautiful beaches in this area ,both north and south.
Newcastle is 2 hours south.
Sydney is 3 hrs south
Gold Coast QLD is 4.5 has north.
