There is 1 endorsement for this house swap member:
I enjoyed a swap with Richard and Ann, and had just over a fortnight at their lovely home in a leafy area on Brisbane's south side. Their home is a beautifully renovated Queenslander with all mod-cons and very comfortable. A stop on a well-serviced bus route is a short walk around the corner. Buses into the city or in the other direction to a large shopping centre run every 15 minutes or so. This, combined with Brisbane's generally well-integrated public transport system of buses, trains and ferries made getting all over the region very easy. While we had arranged a vehicle swap as well, I preferred to stick with public transport and had no problems getting around. When you don't feel like going further afield there is a large bushland reserve nearby with plenty of walking tracks, and the area is well supplied by a range of local shops, cafes, bakeries and other services. Ann and Richard were a delight to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending a swap with them if the opportunity allows.
