Hello! We are a family of 4. I (Jacinta) am a counsellor and Jeff runs a small business supporting non-for-profits in IT and finance. We love to travel and have adventures but haven't done too much since our two beautiful girls were born (8 and 3 yrs old). We are interested in house swaps in Australia and New Zealand. Nature (beaches/mountains) is a massive drawcard for us as we love to swim and hike.

We live in a beautiful, spacious, light-filled, open plan home. We back onto a huge expanse of grasslands and can see a public park in the distance from our deck. Our home has 5 bedrooms - 2 of the rooms have king beds, 1 room has two single beds. The remaining two rooms don't have bed's but we put mattresses in them when we have extra guests - they are currently set up as a playroom and meeting room with couches.
We have a lovely big open plan living area which flows onto the deck. We love our chemical free pool and infrared sauna that fits up to 3 people. The kids love the outdoor play equipment and trampoline and space to run while we can still see them while relaxing and chatting on the deck.
