This home is amazing. A very large designer home looking out over the Campaspe River, and opposite the Botanic Gardens. Within easy walking distance of fine dining, cafes, shops, trains, and totally pet friendly. Well appointed and equipped kitchen, all top appliances (including a Thermomix), Asko laundry, butler pantry, French designer fireplace (wood provided), fast internet, large Smart tv's in all b/rooms with access to all premium paid channels (plus Ps4's in two), lots of books, dvd's and board games, lovely bathrooms (1 incl. large bath) w/heated towel rails, floor heating, incredible views, on a no-through road with electric gates.
