We are recently retired from careers in accountancy and the employment industries. We don't have a dog at the moment but we are animal lovers. We have enjoyed travel overseas and in Australia while working and looking forward to more Australian holidays in our retirement. We are neat and tidy and security conscious and would take good care of your home. I also enjoy gardening.

The House

Modern spacious, 2 storey townhouse set in tropical gardens in a complex located on the Brisbane River. Featuring 2 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living area. There is a pretty, private courtyard on the ground floor and a large deck off the living area on the upper level.

The things we love about living here

Access to the beautiful river walk through parklands along the Brisbane River.
Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema.
15 minute drive to Southbank or Brisbane CBD.
One hour easy drive to the Gold Coast or Scenic Rim for day trips.
The complex is set in lovely tropical gardens and has a large pool, its a very relaxing place to live.
