Hello there. My 8-year-old daughter, myself and family dog all love to adventure and look forward to sharing our home with you while we explore new areas near your home. I am a local business owner in occupational therapy. Dog is a chilled out 5yr old cattle x breed who can come with us or be looked after elsewhere during swaps. We are very respectful in other people's homes and can't wait to share our relaxing home with you. Happy and open to hear offers of new places to travel to.

Beautiful family home in central Yeppoon, Capricorn Coast. Sleeps 3 (single bed, queen bed, however extra mattresses could be provided if required). Shower and bathroom walk through ensuite. Walk in wardrobe in main room with queen sized bed. Some features: reverse cycle A/C throughout home, security screens, home espresso coffee machine, clothes washer/dryer, giant bean bag and outdoor swing, fire pit, kids ninja gym set, board games, back and front yard for pets and kids to play, undercover carport and additional off-street parking bay. Lots of flat paths for walking, bike riding and skating directly from home to the beach.
Quiet location 2 mins drive (2km) from the main beach, centre of town with shops, cinema and coastal lookout points. 15mins drive to marina to catch ferry to Keppel Island.

A fabulous 7 day stay in Yeppoon, the house was close to everything. Clean and comfortable and homely feel. It was great communicating with Chelsea and the exchange went smoothly both ends, respectful and trustworthy exchange.
