Colleen & Greg could not have been more accommodating or pleasant to deal with. We did a non-simultaneous swap in September with 7 of us (my parents stayed also), with Colleen & Greg coming to stay in our home next March. (They went away in their van whilst we were there, and we will do the same when they come over here next year). Communication was fantastic - we kept in touch regularly in the lead up to our house swap to make our arrangements and discuss logistics. Colleen and I kept in touch throughout our swap, with Colleen providing helpful info, tips & assistance during our stay. Their house is in a great location in a lovely quiet and safe suburb. It is close to the main town centre, cafes, restaurants, shopping, IGA etc. The house itself is very clean and tidy and a great modern layout. There were plenty of places for each of us to find a little space individually, and also large spaces for us to all hang out together. Their outdoor balcony & backyard area is gorgeous and immaculate with lots of birds visiting. 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much Colleen & Greg for being so accommodating and amazing hosts. Highly recommended.
