Hi! Im a registered nurse living on a gorgeous 6 acre mountain property on the upper reaches of the Nambucca River. My place is lovely, a 120 year old 2 bedroom mountain home on gorgeous grounds with mountain views 20 minutes from the stunning beaches at Nambucca, Valla and Scotts head, and 45 minutes to Coffs Harbour. I have 2 self sufficient horses who need their water topped up regularly and who might come up to say hi, and 2 peacocks who need their feed and water topped up every few days. I am needing to go to Brisbane/sunny coast/gold coast from November for 3 months to be near my daughter for medical reasons, and I will be working contract nursing in Brisbane while I am away. I have a mini sausage dog who I will be taking with me to Brisbane.

Cedar Vale mountain property near the ocean
My place is an old house that needs a reno - its rustic, comfortable, airy and lovely, cool in the summer.
Gorgeous grounds on 6 acres, I have 2 horses and 2 peacocks that make the place even more beautiful. There is a beautiful river waterhole to swim in next to the property.
My home is a farm house, its a bit eclectic, my furniture is not new and even though its clean and clutter free, it still looks like it needs patch and painting! But I love it, I hope you do to.
Its really suited to a retired couple or small family that want a real mountain property experience, an alternative to city living, who enjoy relaxing on the patio, watering the garden, mowing the lawn when it needs it, enjoying the animals, cooking fresh local food and being outside in the natural surroundings of the mountains and beaches.
My horses and peacocks are really cute and easy to care for. The lawn grows fast and might need a mow on the ride on while you are here because we get summer rains usually in the late afternoon, but watering the horses and gardens is not a huge job at this time of year.
