Clean, modern, sunny, single level home close to Sovereign Hill (one of Australia’s biggest tourist attractions), the Ballarat Wildlife Park, Australia’s spa capital Daylesford, historic streetscapes of Ballarat, shopping, galleries, restaurants and amazing bush walking.
The house is 10 years old with 4 bedrooms and two living spaces, one set up as a yoga studio and study area the other with couches and adjoining the kitchen and dining room. The garden is a small low maintenance space and has room for outdoor dining and bbqs. We have a number of interesting artworks on display and everything you need for family living. Central heating and evaporative cooling are both a must for our climate in Ballarat!
We have two resident cats who would love your company but alternative arrangements for them would also be considered if you have allergies etc. We also have a small dog who would mostly travel with us or stay with friends. Car swaps are also a possibility.
