We are a family of 4, Sam & Jo, with 2 daughters 8 years old & 6 years old. We live in the sleepy coastal town of Avoca Beach & love our home & community. We spend a lot of time at the beach, either surfing or walking our dog Toby aka 'The Black Prince'. We love to holiday in coastal locations, where we can do much of the same, however, we also keen for inland adventures. We are an active family, but also enjoy just hanging around the house together. We are looking forward to many adventures.

Our home is a beautiful, family friendly 3 bedroom house with a separate garden studio with a bathroom. It has parking for 2 directly Infront of the house & a large, elevated & covered entertaining deck with a green bushy outlook. There is also a built in fire pit area for toasting marshmallows. Our home has Air conditioning & also has a combustion fire for the cooler months. It has skylights to maximise natural light and is also North facing, meaning it gets all day sun, all year round.
Our home is a 5 min drive from Avoca Beach & approx 15min brisk walk.
There is plenty of bushwalking in Bouddi National Park, which is 10 mins down the road. There are local breweries, plenty of restaurants & coffee shops, all within 5 mins.

We had a wonderful time during our swap with Sam and his family. Their Avoca Beach house is so homely and impeccably clean, set in a beautiful location surrounded by a magnificent garden, our kids and dog had a great time enjoying the backyard.
