We are a family of five, a professional couple with two teenagers and a primary school child. We have not done house swaps before, but travel and stay in hotels, rentals and friends’ houses a lot with work and holidays interstate and overseas. Our children are well-behaved and respectful, but also like to get out and about and would appreciate toys and an outdoor area to play. They are seasoned plane and hotel travellers, however, and can make/bring their own fun if necessary. They love music, swimming, games, reading, exploring, running in the yard, cars (the boy, anyway), cooking, dancing, tennis (the girls) and other kids.

*looking for beachy swap preferably Noosa Heads late December or January for a few weeks* Our home is a truly beautiful magical place to live. We think it feels like a resort-style stay in the treetops with the architecturally-designed home maximising its mountain views from multiple rooms. Features include tennis court, long kitchen bench top for entertaining, piano, deck with beautiful mountain sunset and sunrise views, multiple scenic decks, pizza oven, fireplace, a/c, 13m pool with spa, home gym, oversized trampoline, television and games room, table tennis table, vege garden, several fruit trees, whisper-quiet, leafy secure, screened green escape only 12km to city. We have a well-behaved dog which we can ideally take with us. Or can find other dog sit options if not. Bus stop to city 5 min walk.
