Derek is a semi-retired marine scientist and Marg is a retired teacher. We have children in Perth, Melbourne and Cairns and love to visit them and explore the local areas. We are also happy to swap to other remote areas to see the country. We are interested in house swaps of 2-4 weeks or longer by agreement, and very flexible. We have a large family home with plenty of internal and external space and lovely gardens.

Extensive, well managed private gardens and off-street parking areas for cars and caravans. Lovely, peaceful bush outlook, with plenty of birdlife, only 10 minutes drive from CBD of Hobart or safe local beaches and close to bus-stops. Fabulous local green shop (with great coffee) and pharmacy within walking distance.
