House Swap with us

Our house is located within walking distance to the town and all its shops, restaurants and attractions. It is the central capital of the Northern Rivers and the ideal base to discover all the Northern Rivers has to offer. It is 30 minutes to Lighthouse Beach at Ballina (also 30 minutes to the Ballina/Byron Airport), 45 minutes to Byron Bay, 35 minutes to Evans Head or Lennox Head and just under 30 minutes to the unique township of Nimbin. There are many other nearby locations including NSW's beef capital, Casino.

The House

3 level house with spacious balconies on the top two levels. The bottom level can easily convert to a self-contained, and separate, garden flat with stove, fridge, QS bed, generous lounge and tv - ideal if travelling with older children for a bit of independence.

The things we love about living here

  • Access to beaches - Byron 40km, Evans Head 30, Ballina 25.
  • Good food dining - most using fresh and locally sourced produce.
  • Acceptance - a particular trait of this community.
  • Bush walks and waterfalls.
  • Farmers Markets - for example: the Channon Market (google it).
  • Very little traffic and plenty of fresh air.
