House Swap with us

We are a family of 3 living in the eastern suburb in Sydney, Phillip Bay to be exact. Leandro, Audrey (I), Maui, our 2years old toddler and we have a wonderful 8years old Border Collie, Kai. Leandro is a chef and i am an Financial Business Partner. We both work full time and are looking for a place to have some time off and relax.

The House

The House

The house is a three bedroom house (1 king bed - 1 queen bed - and a cot). We have a second queen bed available which can be put in the baby’s room floor if necessary. (For convenience as the room isn’t big) 1.5 bathroom, and open kitchen and big dining room.

Playroom perfect for toddler.
Large backyard (with doggy door) but the real yard is the beach walking distance.

The house is bright, but doesn’t have air conditioning. Ideally we would like to travel with our dog by car. If not, potentially we can consider pet care, but you will need to look after him (food twice a day and at least 1 walk a day). Kai is part of our family and will only consider if we find someone as caring as us. We have no issues caring for your pets in return if needed.

The things we love about living here

  • We are located in a residential quiet area:
  • - 5min walk to the bus stop, it will take you in the city in less than an hour or to Maroubra Junction in 20min.
  • - 5 min walk to Yarra Bay or Frenchmans Beach
  • - 15 min walk to La Perouse and Congwong Beach
  • - 5-10min walk to kids playground (Chifley, La perouse and right next door, fred william reserve)
  • - 20 min walk to Little Bay beach (3 min by car).
  • - 5min drive to Malabar Beach
  • - 8min drive to Maroubra Junction - 10min to Maroubra beach
  • - 15-20 min drive to Coogee Beach
  • - 30 min drive to Bondi Beach and Sydney CBD.
  • -5minutes away to a dog park- Woomera Reserve
  • - Many uber eat/menulog options for quiet nights at home and lots of restaurants around La Perouse, Matraville, Little Bay and Maroubra Junction. (All less than 8 min drive)
  • - residential area so it’s quiet.
  • - Sydney CBD isn’t far and really accessible- perfect for NYE.
