Hi. We are Penny and Peter. We're in our early 60's and semi-retired. I was a lecturer in landscape design and Peter ran a community housing trust. We have a large sunny 4 bedroom family home in Auckland, NZ and are looking to house swap for a month or two near Manley, Sydney, where our daughter lives. Our house is located close to Auckland CBD, on a train line and bus routes. We have solar power and an electric car we would consider swapping too.
