House Swap with us

We are a family with two young children, no pets at the moment. We work remotely from our Hobart home and we are interested in house swaps in cities where our extended family live. We also do host our house as an airbnb when we travel, so we are pretty good at making our house comfortable and convenient for guests!

The House

Our home has a spacious, sunny living and dining area, a large master bedroom with an ensuite, and two additional bedrooms. A full laundry including dryer is available.

There is a huge backyard with outdoor table and chairs under a covered pergola. Trampoline, cubby, and veggie garden for kids.

The whole house and garden is available for the sole use of guests.

The things we love about living here

We are 5 minutes from lovely Long Beach, Sandy Bay and the Nutgrove reserve.
We are 8 minutes from the centre of town. Hobart's best grocer, the Hill Street Grocer, is a less than ten minute walk away. Seriously the deli is amazing. Sandy Bay Road nearby has a range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
We love living fifteen minutes away from Mount Wellington and all the great hiking trails there.
