The House

The house is a modern brick veneer double story with a lovely backyard
and swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms with mirrored built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a spa with separate toilet. The lounge/TV room is separate and has a large TV screen. It is in a quiet leafy neighbourhood.

The things we love about living here

The Northern Rivers is very scenic with its beautiful hinterlands and coastline. The location is close to Byron Bay, Bangalow and Lennox Head. There are plenty of activities including swimming, fishing, surfing, golf or if you have a dog there a several off leash beach areas for walking. There are a number of bicycle trails taking you through Ballina and up the coastline to Lennox Head. The Gold Coast is close and ideal for shopping and theme parks. It is relaxing with health and well being at the forefront.

The Location

Ballina and its surrounds has a population of approximately 55,000. It is located on the coast and the mouth of the Clarence River. It is a 15 to 20 drive to Byron Bay. There are many Cafes and Restaurants in the locality with scenic drives in the hinterland.
