I am a 71 year old retired Language Teacher. I have fully renovated my spacious home. My home is filled with light and is serene and tranquil except for those crashing waves on the beach. I love to travel and would like people to enjoy my home when I visit their home. I am a wine appreciating, jazz listening non smoker. I am interested in exchanges at any time of the year especially in Autumn and Spring. I am interested in most areas of Australia as well as International destinations. Being single I don't need a large place for holidays.. just a high standard of cleanliness & household comforts .....and an interesting location. I am flexible about arrangements though my preference is to limit visitors to the 'swappees' unless otherwise discussed . At my place visitors will have an indoor cat to entertain them.
