House Swap with us

We are an adventurous retired couple who relocated from NZ to the Sunshine Coast, Australia 4 years ago to take advantage of the warmer weather. We have been swapping houses….. ( mainly Europe) for the past 20 years. We have family in Florida, USA and Perth, Australia. We are in our late seventies and are happy to swap a late model vehicle so long as it is reciprocal. We are both non smokers, and would show total respect for the property of anyone we exchange with.

Modern duplex within a secure Resort style village. Private , Large undercover outdoor area and barbecue. Beautiful heated resort pool is 50 metres from our property.
Our swap preference would be France, Italy, Sicily….
Long term ( up to 3 months) considered.
With family in Perth,WA …..we are also hoping for an exchange over the Christmas New year time frame in Perth from December 2024.
A late model car available in swap if it is reciprocal.
