We are a professional family with two boys (14 and 12). We enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and also taking time to relax as a family. We are very considerate, friendly and tidy. We’d treat your home as we would our own. We have a house swap booked in for Christmas 2025 but are open to swaps in 2026.

Views over a tropical valley welcome you into our large and modern open plan indoor/outdoor living area. Inside you will find four spacious bedrooms (1 x king, 2 x doubles, 1 king single), two bathrooms, two large separate living areas and two large covered decks that both look over the heated pool and lush valley below. All the modern amenities combined with stunning views in a relaxing environment.
The beach (Cronulla - 15 mins), bush (Royal National Park - 15 mins) and rivers (Port Hacking river - 5 mins) are on the doorstep, while being a short train trip or drive (40 mins) to the Sydney CBD. Shops at Gymea village (5 mins) and Miranda Westfield (10 mins) are conveniently nearby also.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Monica's over the Xmas / New year period 25/26. Perfectly positioned so we could catch up with family and friends throughout Sydney. Loved the outdoor areas and great outlook, for relaxing and watching - feeding the wildlife. We had a wonderful time at Monica's home in Gymea Bay. Their home was lovely, clean and very central to everywhere in the Shire. Their communication was great and replied promptly when we needed clarification on a little issue we had whilst staying there. They left our property very tidy, took great care of our cat Rosie and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a relaxing time away. Thanks!!!!
