House Swap with us

We are a family of four with two boys 10 and 12. I am an engineering geologist and my wife is the architect who designed our house. We love the beach and surfing and take full advantage of the coastal lifestyle that Freshwater and the Northern Beaches affords us. We are new to house swapping, but really excited to find like-families/properties to swap with and explore different areas. We like the concept of mutually beneficially connections and would treat your home respect. We are open to both short and long swaps with preference to align with the School Holidays. We're happy to take of pets. We have a goldfish and a cat, that we can arrange alternative care of, if appropriate.

2 downstairs bedrooms (queen, bunk bed - full + single)
Rumpus/bedroom with ensuite lower level.
Office could be made into a 5th bedroom on an inflatable mattress.

Kid friendly... trampoline in back yard, bikes, foamy shortboards, foamy long boards, and 2 SUPs.

The things we love about living here

  • Barefoot to the beach for a dip in the morning then a sauna to start the day.
  • Freshwater Beach home of Australian Surfing.
  • Freshwater Village 5min walk with cafes, shops, restaurants (mexi, sushi, pizza, fish, Italian, pub).
  • Diggers and the Duke statue 3min walk
  • 10minutes (20 minute walk) by bus to Manly ferry and 18 mins to Sydney CBD.
  • Coastal walks south through Manly to Shelley Beach and North Heads or north to Curl Curl and Dee Why.
