House Swap with us

Located in Cardiff a suburb in Newcastle. Five bedroom house, three bathrooms and large driveway. Master bedroom has an ensuite. Open plan kitchen and living area with fireplace. Two lounge areas with lots of toys for kids. Two king size beds, one queen, and two king single beds, sleeps 8 people comfortably. 15-20 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the lake. Glendale Shops 5 mins away. Looking anywhere that is 3 hours from Newcastle. Mostly for weekends away. Up the coast Port Stephen’s, Hawksnest, Forster, Port maquarie. Or inland Hunter Valley, Dungog Glouster. Cheers Rach

The House

Two King size beds, queen bed and two king single beds. Fully air conditioned. Open plan kitchen and living area with fireplace. Two lounge areas lots of toys for kids. Master has ensuite. Pool and large backyard for kids to play.

The things we love about living here

  • The kids love the pool and playing in the backyard. Open spacious with lots of light.
  • The beaches and lake are close by. Plenty of amazing parks for the kids ie Speers point. Great bush walks ie Glenrock. So many amazing walks ANZAC walk, Nobbys light house and break wall. Great pubs with playgrounds Argenton and Warners at the bay. So many restaurants to choose from. Heaps of live music at pubs and or catch a show at the theatre. Great interactive museum for kids. Only 40 mins to the hunter valley a nice day trip. Close to train station for easy train to Sydney.
