Enjoy the convenience of multiple cafes across the road & a short walk to Broadwater swimming locations. Walking along the waterfront with sand & water between your toes gives this location a very relaxing holiday feel. Enjoy numerous local eating options or just light up the BBQ for a relaxing evening experience. The apartment is only available during Qld school holidays.

We had a fantastic time in Runaway Bay and the Gold Coast hinterland. Michael and Angela were very thoughtful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their apartment has incredible views of the coast, Stradbroke Island, The Broadwater and mountains and is walking distance to all you need. Thanks for a great swap!

Breakfast Point is a great place to spend a week, with nearby Cabarita ferry to Circular Quay and to Parramatta - or a bus to Burwood. The "estate" is top quality in design and management. The apartment is spacious and has a great outlook. Mike and Angela briefed us well and left our home spotless.
