High set ex Defence force house, solid and well insulated. Renovated through out, polished floors, air cons to rooms and lounge, located in quiet court with friendly neighbours. Front open driveway carport shall be provided (building next month) plus large open heigh lean-to to the north (had 7.4m boat in here, still with room for longer item), also south side access to large back yard, car spot under rear deck, all lockable. Laundry and toilet access under house provided but will be storing my personal items under rest of house all locked up.
