Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Jan Juc, Surf Coast Victoria, VIC
Hello! We are a family - Annie, Aaron and our little baby (9 months old in January 2026) who love to go on adventures and travel. Aaron is an architect and teacher and I worked in community services but am currently a stay-at-home-mum. We love spending time in nature - from beaches and forests to mountains - as well as playing music and exploring culture, art, and food. We also enjoy meeting new people and learning about this wonderful world we live in :)

CLASSIC BEACH SHACK IN JAN JUC, SURF COAST VIC
Our house is a classic 1980s beach shack (elevated on stilts) with ocean views, located in the heart of old Jan Juc.
The house has 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom, second room has a cot and king single bed, third room has no bed but we can set up a mattress in here if required), 1 bathroom with separate toilet and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge.
It’s not a modern/renovated house but more a vintage, imperfect, charming and classic beach house, which is what we love about it.
There are views from the south balcony towards the ocean, plus a large front and backyard.
There is hydronic heating throughout the house, air conditioning in the kitchen/living area and a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is also plenty of storage underneath the house for campervans, vans etc.
