We are a semi-retired couple. I have run an award winning 5*star Airbnb and one other house since 2011. We are meticulous hosts and guests and respect all homes like our own. In our professional life we ran a building company for 10 years. We love houses and property. We love travelling, our animals, our family and have a real affinity with Australia. Our son lives in Brisbane, we love the sunshine coast and all that it has to offer. We love reading, gardening, exploring new places, especially enjoy cuisine of all kinds. We come from the biggest wine producing region in New Zealand famous for Sauvignon Blanc. Wine and food matching and meeting new people are a particular passion.

Marlborough is New Zealand's premier Wine region and we are minutes away from many of the wineries and have pick up and drop off from our gate for Wine Tour Companies.
Our house is a beautifully renovated contemporary 2 storey home. Located directly across from Blenheim's expansive Pollard Park/Churchill Glade area. The whole area consists of 26hectares of green space which includes a 9 hole golf course, crochet field, tennis courts, horseracing track and beautiful gardens with children's play ground set around a tranquil spring feed stream.
The house has a Master bedroom with ensuite downstairs, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and 2nd lounge area.
A warm home with very efficient inbuilt woodfire, fans in downstairs lounge and upstairs in the landing.
Heat pumps in the living room/dining/kitchen downstairs, master bedroom and upstairs lounge.
Spacious new Kitchen with top brand appliances and butlers pantry.
The outdoor deck gets well used in the warmers months and midday sun always a lovely outdoor time. It is sheltered and relatively private with the house being well set back from the street.
Much admired gardens by locals & passers by alike set the house off beautifully creating a relaxing and serene spot with which to enjoy the beauty of the area.

Had a really good time in Blenheim. Beautiful town surrounded by mountains. Very picturesque and close enough to many scenic and interesting places. Sally and Pat are great hosts and their home has everything you need. Lovely birds and a pretty park across the road. House is very central to everything. A friendly town. A lovely very comfortable house situated opposite a beautiful park which we found ideal for daily strolls. The house itself has beautiful gardens which can be enjoyed from a covered and sunny porch. Ideally located close to town- to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed the Blenheim area with its many vineyard lunches available. We highly recommend Sally and Pat's property.
