We are Janine and Kerry, two unattached, retired sisters, with four children and four grandchildren between us. We both live in the same apartment complex one floor apart and both our homes would be available if that would be necessary. We have both travelled extensively and have lived in various locations around the world and usually try to travel to some interesting and out of the way places each year. Went to the Arctic Circle in mid winter to see the aurora, travelled around northern India by car and cruised from Japan via Russian and Alaskan islands down to San Fran. Most recently been Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Island, all the Scotish Islands and Scandanavia. Just got back from Vietnam and Cambodia and about to travel by rail around the south island of New Zealand. We love good food and wine and are always interested in finding great restaurants and cafes in the places we visit. Part of what makes house swapping so interesting for us is not only the location but also to enjoy a beautiful home - spacious, light filled and uncluttered, similar to our own homes, especially ones with lovely views. We are free to travel just about any time and would be open to hearing from anyone with suggestions. Mainly looking for coastal towns along northern NSW up to mid Queensland. Modern apartment in a newish 12 story building in faboulous Port Melbourne. It is a 2 bedroom on the 9th floor with a queen bed, but use the second bedroom as a TV room which has a convertible couch. Also have another apartment in the same building, which is also two bedroom on the 10th floor with a queen bed and a single bed. Both have lovely living and dining areas and great views over the bay.

Janine's apartment was ideal for our city swap and the building was great to stay in. The apartment has a great view of the bay, comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. Janine's communication was excellent throughout and we felt mutually beneficial for both parties.
