Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 carspace, security apartment with views across Tamarama beach, out to sea - watch the whales swim by
Minutes to the sand
The kitchen and living/dining area, plus the 2 larger bedrooms all have beach views (full-width glass) and direct access to a large balcony through sliding glass doors
Large Main bedroom has a queen size bed
2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a roll-out trundle underneath, and is also our games room - set up with XBox and Nintendo Wii (with variety of games)
3rd bedroom is my 7y.o. daughter's so is very full of toys, plus has 2 bunk beds, so is probably only suitable for kids
4th bedroom has king single bed but can also be used as home-office if you need to get some work done

Short walk through the gully to Tamarama Beach, or Bronte or Bondi beaches are only minutes walk away - enjoy the world-famous Bondi to Bronte coastal walk
Bondi Junction (2km away) has all the shopping you could need, however cafes, restaurants, bars, chemist, Woolworths Metro, Post Office etc are all only a few hundred meters away
Coastal breezes mean you'll never need air-conditioning
1 bathroom has a shower, the other has a bath with hand-shower
All bedrooms have block-out blinds

We are on level 3 of a newly-renovated block of apartments, with landscaped communal gardens

We had a great stay at Mark’s place at Tamarama. There is so much to do and see close by, so many great restaurants, walks and beaches that you can get to without having to drive anywhere. Mark left my place super clean and the whole swap was very easy to organise.

We had a wonderful stay at Marks Tamarama home. The location was perfect, and the view is spectacular! We walked to Bondi and Bronte almost every day, saw so many whales, and explored the gully below. Our home was very well looked after, Mark and his family did a great of tending to the garden and feeding all of our farm animals. A fantastic swap thank you!

Mark has an apartment overlooking Tamarama Beach. The view from his doors/windows are spectacular. A real time waster just sitting and watching. The position is great for getting around Sydney. We fell in love with the 333 bus and the little shopping/restaurant precinct within walking distance. 3 of us stayed there and were comfortable.Mark is very approachable and accommodating, sending a left item back to us. Thanks Mark for the swap.
