We are a retired couple in our 60s and we live in a quiet riverside suburb just outside the coastal city of Mandurah, which is 50 minutes from Perth WA, via freeway or train. Our home is currently a newish rebuild, still some finishing touches to go but is mostly complete and gorgeous. We have wifi, streaming services and would be keen to include the use of a vehicle in any swap. Would consider anywhere in UK or Europe

The House

House on half an acre in a quiet street in a quiet riverside suburb just outside of Mandurah WA.
We are 1 hour south of Perth via car or train.
Mandurah has everything you could want and access to Perth is very simple.
Our home is being renovated and is currently unfinished (hence only sleeps 2 at the moment) however living room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom and ensuite are finished and gorgeous.
Ducted air conditioning, beautifully decorated in finished areas.
We have unlimited wifi and plenty of streaming services.
Would be keen to swap use of a vehicle as well, we have a Ford Kuga.

Only 2.5 hours to Margaret River wine region
