Hi! We’re a family of 4 (Matt and Terri and 2 kids, Summer 11 and Aston 9) plus our dog Buckley. We moved to beautiful Coffs Harbour in 2022 after living overseas for 16yrs. We love to travel here now and see different parts of Australia. When we travel we will most likely bring our mum’s with us, which is one of the main reasons we came home. We have a lovely energetic American Staffy called Buckley who was born in Sept 2023. We love to take him with us on holidays but if we do an interstate swap we would also love the idea of a swap where we can take care of another families house and dog and they did the same for us. We love animals and love going for family walks (as Buckley needs a walk everyday). We also have a dog walker that will take Buckley bushwalking a few times a week. We live very humbly and are a tidy family. Our children are respectful and will take good care of anything they are given access to in a swap. We are very excited to be a part of this group and are looking forward to our first house swap.

We have a 3 bedroom plus rumpus room house on a split level. We have a small gym in one side of the double garage.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed with a newly renovated ensuite. The other two bedrooms both have double beds with one of the rooms having a single bunk on top of the double bed. There is a large bathroom equipped with a spa bath at that end of the house. In the rumpus room downstairs there is a pull out lounge that has a queen size bed and a small bathroom with toilet and shower.
We have a large pool in the back yard and a play gym for kids with a swing and monkey bars in the side yard.
The entire upstairs is newly renovated open plan style with a large deck that overlooks the pool. There is a new open plan kitchen including island seating for quick meals.
The house is easy to take care of with a robot vacuum and mop system. The pool also has an automatic vacuum.
