We are a semi-retired couple who returned to live in Christchurch in 2022 where we enjoy amazing local amenities, cycle tracks, hot pools etc. We are looking to holiday in Melbourne after Christmas 2025 with our son, daughter-in-law and their 9 and 6 year old daughters who live in Canberra. Our home is available from 20th December 2025.

Our house is stand-alone 2 levels built in 2007, with master bedroom (super-king bed) and ensuite downstairs with open plan kitchen, dining and living room, a second toilet in the entranceway and a double garage containing laundry, second fridge and freezer.
Upstairs is a second lounge area with projector and pull out double sofa, 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with 2 singles), bathroom with shower and bath. There is also an office upstairs which you are welcome to use.

Our suburb St Albans is well established and has a mixture of old and newer homes and apartments. The neighbourhood hub Edgeware Village on Edgeware Road offers a range of shops, cafés, and essentials just a 10 minute walk away.
