We are a professional couple that have a beautiful holiday home in the heart of the Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore. Our children have all left home and we are looking to travel! We're outside people, we love to do a Parkrun, ride our e-bikes to the beach for a morning swim. We love eating out and trying yummy cocktails.

A newly-built 3-bedroom 6-guest duplex tranquil holiday home, the Luxury Townhouse Maroochydore features designer interiors with stylish interior, modern decor, and al fresco entertaining around a private pool - and it is so close to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer for your coastal family getaway. The property is set across two levels with an ease of access floor plan to provide space for all guests to stretch out and relax. Three bedrooms are on the upper level featuring 1 x KB, 1 x QB, and 2 x King Single beds. The bathrooms offer a palette of neutral tones with a bath, vanity, toilet and walk-in shower in the KB ensuite bathroom, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans for those warm summer days.
