We are a professional couple who mostly work from home - and live in the highly sought after Sunrise Beach. We are just minutes to beautiful beaches and our local gourmet cafe Chalet & Co.. We love walking our dogs, hiking in nearby Noosa National Park, and visiting local restaurants in Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach, Hastings Street, Noosa and along Noosaville river.

Recently renovated in a beach luxe style, the house is single level, with private tropical gardens and pool. The main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite and the two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a family bathroom with a separate toilet, and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
We are located nearby wonderful Noosa beaches, parks and a short drive to Noosaville river for sailing, boating and pontoons and wonderful restaurants overlooking the water.

Julie and Farley's home in Sunrise Beach, Noosa is a hidden gem, and we had perhaps our favourite swapping weekend away there. It has everything you might need for the location, including a luxury plunge pool and modern facilities. It was extremely clean and uncluttered while being homely and welcoming at the same time. Location wise, it is the best part of Noosa if you ask us. While not far from Hasting Street by car, honestly there is so much to do locally you might find you give it a miss. There are beautiful beaches, a surf club looking over golden sands, modern restaurants and proximity to fabulous bush walks, distilleries and local breweries. Julie and Farley were a delight to deal with. They are great communicators, have a keen sense of humour, and left our place cleaner than we left it. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Julie's house. Communication was excellent before, during and after the swap. Her house was beautifully cleaned on arrival and we had everything we needed in the house. The pool was gorgeous too. Sunrise beach is a quiet suburb with easy access to Noosa and the more busy areas. A bus around the corner can take you to Noosa in ten minutes. I highly recommend a swap with Julie!
