The House

We live in a four-bedroom detached house on the outskirts of Southampton. The house is located on a small estate close to the local shops and travel connections. It is a 4-bedroom house with one bedroom converted into an office. The master bed-room contains a double-sized bed with an on-suite shower room. The second bedroom contains a double bed and is located next to the family bathroom. There is also a single bedroom. All bedrooms are on the first floor. The lounge contains seating for at least 6 persons complete with views of the local woodland. There is a large kitchen with a dining area suitable for 4 persons. There is a small garden and garage in the rear of the property.

The Location

Our home is very comfortable, well equipped and is ideally located close to bus, road and rail services that will allow you to explore the coastal and countryside areas of southern England. We are within a 5–10-minute walking distance to all main shops and bus stops. The local railway station is a 10-minute bus ride away with regular 90 minutes train journey to central London. Southampton Airport is a short taxis ride or a 20-minute bus ride away. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the New Forest, 10 minutes’ drive or a 20 minute bus ride to Southampton central, 30 minutes’ drive to Portsmouth, the Southern Downs National Park and or Winchester.
