The House

Most suitable for a couple our sun filled apartment is on the 10th floor of the Marquise Building on beautiful St Kilda Road. Floor to ceiling windows deliver 270-degree views across to Mt Dandenong, the CBD, down St Kilda Road and to Albert Park Lake. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space with the aforementioned views. Electric blinds, air conditioning, a small terrace with BBQ and all expected appliances. The Marquise building has a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna and underground carparking for one car. A car can be made available.

The things we love about living here

We love the views sunrise floods the apartment and the hot hair ballons float above and the evening sun strikes gold off the surrounding buildings. A tram-stop out the front on St Kilda Road will take you into the Melbourne CBD in 15-20 minutes or connect you to anywhere in Melbourne. We live in a great location for walking, 5 minutes to Fitzroy Street which is a beautiful boulevard with supermarket, cafes and restaurants and alfresco dining, 15-minute walk to St Kilda Beach with its famous pier and penguin viewing, gorgeous restaurants on the beach and in Acland Street. Exit from the rear of the building and it's a10 minute walk to Chapel Street Windsor/Prahran/South Yarra for shopping and dining or a 5-minute walk to Windsor Railway station.
