We live in the lovely beachside suburb of Pallarenda in tropical North Queensland. Our house is all decked out for tropical living, with a pool and outside deck area for entertaining. We are 10 minutes drive to Townsville airport and shops. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, popular for kite surfing. 5 minutes walk to a lovely national park and wetlands ( Townsville common). This is also a great area for mountain biking. Magnetic Island is a 30 minute ferry ride and offers many attractions. Ideally we would like to swap with an adult couple or family - prefer no small children. Open to dog swapping too.
