We have a three bedroom detached house in Elsternwick, with a small garden. We are close to good public transport -15 minutes by train to the centre of Melbourne & a tramline. We are two minutes walk from a busy shopping street and five minutes by car to bay beaches. Our house is not large but is very sunny and comfortable, it would probably best suit a couple, or couple and one child as we have one double bedroom, a single bedroom and our TV room which can be a single bedroom. Plus a further room we use as a study. We have an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, and lock up garage.
