My swap house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa in the lovely old suburb of Bellerive, Hobart. The villa is very bright, low maintenance and has a small front and rear garden. There is an attached garage. My property is the front villa of only 2 - so very private and separate from the rear unit. The location is great - being a 1 minute walk from fabulous Bellerive Beach and the Bellerive stadium - now Ninja Stadium. I have some water views and it is a short walk to Bellerive village and public transport. A ferry from the end of the street also runs into Hobart. Eastlands shopping centre is located a 5 minute drive away and Hobart is usually only 10 minutes by car. Bellerive is a lovely old suburb with water on 3 sides so there are many fantastic walks and beautiful vistas.
