Easy-going family of three from Tasmania 🇦🇺 We’re Alex (school teacher), Jane (works remotely in tech), and our one-year-old. Because Alex teaches, we have flexibility around school holidays and would love to organise a home swap from our beautiful, centrally located and well-maintained Tasmanian home. We’re extremely respectful and immaculate house guests. Jane previously worked on superyachts in Europe, so cleanliness, care, and attention to detail are second nature. Our home is a single-level retreat perfectly positioned in the heart of Newstead / East Launceston. Cafés are just a 3-minute walk away, with Launceston CBD only a 5-minute drive.
The house is designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, offering multiple inviting spaces. Open the north-facing sliding doors from the kitchen onto the deck and enjoy sunny mornings, or unwind in the paved backyard featuring a pizza oven, BBQ and a beautiful outdoor dining setting.
For ultimate relaxation, we also have a spa, plus a sauna located in the garage. Also a Pilates Reformer & treadmill!
