Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Cherrybrook, The Hills, NSW
We have a lovely home in Cherrybrook. We have had quite a number of people mind our home for short vacations over the last few years via Mindahome (references on their site) but we hadn’t thought about house swapping til now. We are particularly interested in Port Macquarie swaps as we love the location and hope to retire there when our daughter finishes high school. Swaps during school holiday times preferred. We have a Spoodle who is dog and people friendly and 2 cats. Ideally we would be able to bring our Spoodle with us but she settles well with house minders if this is not possible (as a swap). We are responsible adults who would treat your home and pets with the utmost respect and care. Our home is very clean and tidy. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are used as wfh spaces, 1 is our 12-year-old daughter’s room. 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) with a bath in the main.

We have a lovely 4 bedroom home, although 2 rooms are set up as work from home rooms and 1 is our 12-year-old daughter’s bedroom. Therefore we have one king sized bed and one single bed with a trundle/mattress stored underneath the single. The house is quiet, clean and comfortable, with recent renovations to the main bathroom and ensuite.

We have a 3 year old Spoodle who is dog and people friendly. Ideally we could bring our Spoodle with us but if not she soon adapts to house minders.
