Hi, my name is Michelle and I live in a luxury resort style apartment in beautiful Perth with my husband Keith. We are a semi retired couples in our sixties. Keith is a University professor and I am a Pilates instructor. I was born and raised in Christchurch and return to NZ often to visit family and Keith loves to fly fish at every opportunity. We have travelled quite extensively and hope to use this platform to keep exploring new places and revisit some favourite destinations. We have family/ grandkids in Margaret River that we like to visit for long weekends every six weeks and although we can stay with them it’s nice to occasionally have our own space. We would prefer to swap with another couple but would consider up to four adults. While our apartment was under construction we house sat in Perth, Melbourne and NZ and we treated all homes with utmost respect and care. Our excellent reviews on housesitting platforms and also Air BnB superhost status is testament to our reliability and standard of care.

Our apartment is in a new complex (finished in 2024) which has won numerous housing awards. It is a 3 x 2 but one bedroom will not be available. Our balcony overlooks the community herb garden and the Moroccan inspired pool/spa/sauna area. The complex is like a 5 star resort with golf simulator, pool table, rooftop area with the most amazing views over iconic Cottesloe Beach, the swan river and the city. There is a fine dining restaurant on site and a cafe opening soon. Medical practice, concierge on site.
