Hello, we are empty nesters who love travelling within Tassie and on Mainland Australia to see our adult kids. We’re often looking for house swaps in Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Canberra or Kununurra, but also open to other places. We love small cozy easy to maintain places, we love being outdoors and we’re happy to pet sit too :)

Cozy weatherboard sunny north facing house, with deck, large backyard and 4 chickens. It is 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds) with added queen sofa bed in lounge room (so can sleep 8) , beautiful views across the Derwent River, 20 mins drive to Hobart CBD (bus stop nearby, and cycle path nearby), right next to a bush reserve/frisbee golf/playground, 6 minute drive to Mountain Bike Park or closest Bushwalking tracks on Kunanyi (Mt Wellington), 30 minute drive to many beaches. 20 min walk or 2km drive to closest shops and multicultural restaurants in Main Road Moonah.
