I've lived in this beautiful house for 15 years. It's the perfect base but i'm keen to travel more and spend more time in the cities. I enjoy sharing my space with people who appreciate the joys of being in nature. I love that it lowers their heart rate :)

Set on a leafy 1800m2 block on the river. Feels like a treehouse. Red cedar throughout. 10 min walk to the beach, 7 mins to Brunswick Heads, 12 minutes to Mullum, 20 mins to Byron. Wake to the sounds of birds. Paddle the kayak or paddleboard to a private lake. No TV but a huge 120" screen to project from your laptop.
I also have a separate self contained studio on the same property if you have extras.
