Very comfortable town house. Air conditioning, small covered outdoor entertaining area. 2 bedrooms upstairs living area downstairs. Carport. Perfect location.Renovated in 2022

The things we love about living here

400 meters to beach. Lots of restaurants,cafes in walking distance. Bus stop very close to go up or down coast. Walking distance to Surf & Bowls Clubs. 5 minutes to Coolangatta Airport.
