Hi, I’m Ana and I live with my partner Jack in Coogee. We’re both in our 30s and moved to Sydney from the UK last year. We love the outdoor lifestyle here — especially being near the coast — and enjoy cooking, hiking, swimming and exploring new places. We don’t have pets or children ourselves, but we’re very happy to look after pets and take good care of a home. We’re tidy, respectful and house-proud, and would treat your home with the same care we do our own. We’re excited about the idea of home swapping as a way to experience new places while sharing our lovely Coogee home with others. We’re particularly interested in coastal escapes and spending time in places like Narooma, Bermagui and along the NSW South Coast.

Penthouse Apartment 2 Minutes from Coogee Beach with Ocean View Patios
Our penthouse apartment in Coogee is just a two-minute walk from the beach and enjoys beautiful ocean views.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The second bedroom is currently set up as a home office and has a desk for anyone needing to work remotely. It also has an Ecosa sofa bed that folds out into a comfortable queen bed, making it a flexible guest room.
The living space is open-plan kitchen and lounge, flowing onto the real highlight of the apartment — two large patios with ocean views. The front patio is set up for outdoor living with a BBQ, large dining table and sofas, making it perfect for long lunches or sunset dinners.
The building has step-free access with a lift directly from the secure garage into the apartment, multiple security layers with fob entry, and one parking space in the garage.
We’re five minutes’ walk from Coogee’s main village strip with great cafés, restaurants and shops, and one minute from the local tennis club. There are frequent buses into the city, and we’re right at the start of the iconic Coogee to Bondi coastal walk.
We love being so close to the beach and Coogee’s three ocean pools, as well as the wonderful restaurants in Coogee and the beautiful Art Deco Ritz Cinema in nearby Randwick.

Our home is located in Coogee, one of Sydney’s most beautiful and relaxed beach suburbs. Coogee has a wonderful village feel while still being close to the heart of the city. The beach is just a short walk away and is perfect for morning swims, coastal walks and relaxed afternoons by the water.
The famous Coogee to Bondi coastal walk starts nearby and offers spectacular ocean views, cliffs and beaches along the way. The area is full of great cafés, restaurants and bakeries, so it’s easy to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, coffee or sunset dinner by the ocean.
Despite feeling like a seaside escape, Coogee is very convenient. Sydney Airport is only around 15–20 minutes away and the city centre is easily reached by bus, making it an ideal base for exploring Sydney.
