Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in bicheno, bicheno, TAS
Family of 4, with two little toddlers (1.5 and 3y) and two old friendly dogs (who stay and need feeding while we are away). We are both working parents - healthcare and agriculture. And both of our extended families are interstate which is why we are keen to try this out. We have regularly used dog sitters in the past, but are interested in whether this might work better. We are extremely respectable of other people's spaces and endeavour to convey this to our children, though admit sometimes this is a work in progress given their little ages and eager sticky fingers. We would rectify any small damages their “learning hands” (clumsiness) may accidentally cause. We think Bicheno is the best place on earth, and we look forward to sharing it with others too.

Living the dream in Bicheno (Tasmania) and sometimes we need a break from all this ridiculous beauty.
House is “rustic”, backyard is almost too big you might get lost, location is outstanding, hot tub and all the beach toys and bikes included, and a small little catch that there are two happy friendly old dogs to feed (and walk if you’re inclined).
Would suit couples or families who want a true coastal break and arent looking for five star accommodation. Our house is our home and we love it. It is functional and comfortable. But it’s not going to make front page of any magazines.
But you’d be staying here because you want to visit Bicheno. It is honestly just a glorious place to visit in its own right, as well as being smack bang between Bay of Fires, Freycinet/Wine Glass Bay, and Derby and St Helens mountain bike meccas.
We have family interstate so visit regularly. Are keen on stays around Geelong/Surf Coast, Warrnambool, Brisbane, Port Macquarie.
