We’re a semi retired, active couple who believe the best way to travel is to live like a local-not a tourist. We are a well travelled pair( we have both resided in the UK over the years) and fell in love with your beautiful country, we now want to swap our home and expand our horizons even further. Andy is an accomplished private pilot with his own plane, and I am an avid gardener who finds joy in every bloom. Together we share passions for motorbike rides, motorsports, we have travelled to many motor sporting events in the UK and hope to attend more in our time there. Our weekends are spent riding, flying or taking our boat out on the swan river to discover new places to eat. Our home is a beautiful modern lived in , loved and cared for. We have a very low maintenance courtyard with a plunge pool to enjoy in summer. We also have a gorgeous outdoor kitchen with a fridge for you to enjoy a cold beer or wine by the pool as you cook a feast on the BBQ. We’re absolutely happy to take care of your pets, we are the slaves of a tortoiseshell Moggie named Toast. We are the grateful custodians of Toast for my daughter who has moved to Japan for a few years. We’re looking for fellow home and pet lovers who want to swap. Its not just houses to swap but trust, kindness, and the thrill of becoming part of a real community.

Our home is a custom built masterpiece by Averna Homes and breathtaking in design, functionality and practicality. Loving our home starts as you walk in the front door and is only enhanced with positive emotions as you step into our outdoor entertainment area with a plunge pool.
4 big bedrooms all with built in robes. The primary suite with a large walk in robe. Our bathroom with its bespoke large sink and endless storage and a double shower enclosure with his and her taps so one can have a boiling hot shower and the other frigid cold if preferred.
Second bathroom has a beautiful deep bath, shower and more storage.
The chefs kitchen with stone bench tops with a waterfall feature , breakfast bar and double ovens, 900mm gas stove top will cater to all your cooking and entertainment needs.
The home features fully ducted air conditioning/heating That can be isolated to each room and for an extra treat we have a log fire if you want to enjoy a quiet night with a wine by firelight(our favourite thing in winter)
HUGE family room with 6 panel glass windows and doors overlooking the stunning outdoor entertainment area. A study recessed area for work if needed.
Our home is private and set in a very quiet street with lovely neighbours.

A quiet suburb. While not a tourist destination, Morley is a quiet, practical and multicultural suburb focused on shopping, services and suburban living and is ideally located for access to the city, swan valley, a 30 minute drive takes you to Fremantle for some of the best fish and chips in the area. We enjoy the hills for bushwalks, riding our bikes and all only a 20 minute drive away. We simply load our bikes on the rack and head off for the day or for lunch at the local pubs nearby.
Morley also has a plethora of local food eateries and small bespoke bars. Plus farmers market for fresh locally grown produce.
We are fortunate to spend a lot of time on the river which is a small drive and you can enjoy skiiing, fishing, swimming, stand up paddle boarding. Parks galore, with basketball courts area a stones throw away.
