Michael & I (Radmila), together with our son Connor, wish to visit London. Our youngest son is currently living and working in London, and we are keen to see him. We are very flexible with dates and are keen for a simultaneous home exchange for you 4 weeks.

The House

We live in a renovated semi-detached home in Randwick. There is a separate lounge area and a large kitchen/living/dining room. We have one bathroom that include a very large bath, separate shower, twin sinks and toilet. Our laundry has another toilet. we have 3 bedrooms, fist has a queen bean, second has a king single, and third bedroom has a king bed. Our home is a 10min walk to The Spot which has lovely cafes/restaurants and independent cinema. Bus available at the door and the light rail is a 15min walk from our home. City is only 8km away. We are a 20 min walk to beautiful Coogee Beach, offering ocean pools and more cafes/restaurants plus amazing coastal walks, north to Bondi and south to Maroubra.

The things we love about living here

Location to the city and everything Sydney has to offer including the opera house and Sydney Harbor.
Walking distance to cafes & restaurants.
Location to the beautiful eastern suburb beaches including Coogee, Maroubra, Clovelly, Bronte & Bondi.
Close to sporting venues SCG & Sydney football Stadium
Close to parks including Randwick Environment Park and Centennial Park.
