We’re a retired couple with two precious cats, hoping to find the right person for a house swap. We’re looking for a home for up to 12 months in or near Perth. Our home is in beautiful Legana — a quiet, safe, leafy area just 15 minutes from Launceston. The Tamar Valley’s wineries are right on our doorstep, along with wonderful local produce, scenic walking pathways, nature trails, hiking spots, and Tamar River kayaking nearby. It’s a peaceful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy Tasmania’s slower pace and natural beauty. Our modern 4-bedroom home is located in a quiet street close to shops and everyday conveniences. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, and the covered alfresco space is perfect for enjoying Tasmania’s changing seasons. Our property is private and secure, with high fences, a lockable garage, and an easy-care yard. We’d love to connect with a respectful, like-minded person who would enjoy making our home their own during their stay, and experiencing everything this lovely region has to offer.
